How it works·The whole shape, on one page

Three Sit-Downs. Working software in weeks.

A handful of hours of your time, across roughly three weeks. The first Sit-Down lasts ninety minutes — by the end you've co-authored the sealed brief. A working first cut of your software is in your hands within days. Then two rounds of your team using it for real and telling us what's wrong — we build your feedback in at our cost each time — before a final consult to sign off and take it live. We stay on for ninety days after Launch.

01The cadence

The shape of an engagement.

  1. 01

    The Sit-Down

    90 min · Refundable deposit

You bring the problem. We co-author a sealed brief, agree the fixed-price build cost, and put a working first cut of your software in your hands within days — at our cost. The deposit holds your seat and keeps both sides moving to time.

  2. 02

    First review

    7 days · Your team

You and your team use the first cut for real and tell us what's wrong with it. No forms, no spec doc — you point, we listen.

  3. 03

    Second draft & review

    7 days · Our cost

We build your feedback in, at our cost, and put a working second draft back in your hands within days. Another 7 days to test and respond.

  4. 04

    Sign-off & Launch

    90 min · Sign-off

A final consult. You point at anything you want changed; we agree it. Proceed, and we take sign-off and the agreed build price — your finished software goes live on your own surface, yours to keep.

  5. 05

    90 days on us

    Post go-live

Open-line support for three months after launch: anything breaks, we fix it, no invoice. Ongoing support after that if you want it.

02Inside The Sit-Down

Ninety minutes. Structured. Intentional. Yours.

You walk in with a problem. We listen — for what's said and what isn't. No requirements interview, no forms. By the end, the sealed brief is co-authored at the table. The first cut of the software follows within days — you use it, we listen, we refine.

How we do it is the part that isn't for sale. What you receive is.

03The Seal

The brief is the boundary. Sealed in your meeting.

The promise statement is a single sentence both parties read and sign. Every later change is judged against it: refinements stay inside your build; expansions become transparent variations you choose to approve or hold for Your v2.

The brief lands in your inbox the moment the meeting ends. Your brief is timestamped and independently verifiable, and it stays yours whether you proceed or not.

04The model

Refinement, Expansion, Tuning.

Every later request gets one question asked of it: does executing this require altering the sealed promise text? The answer decides the bucket.

Tuning
Copy, colour, micro-behaviour. Always free, auto-classified. No conversation needed.
Refinement
Behaviour adjustment within the sealed promise. Free, uses your iteration window.
Expansion
A new capability that extends the promise. Transparent variation: cost shown, you approve or hold for Your v2. Your engagement grows because you chose to grow it.

The next step is a Sit-Down.

The deposit is $2,500 or 10% of the build, whichever is greater. Fully refundable. It holds your seat and keeps both sides moving to time — it goes toward the work if you proceed, and comes back in full if you use your review windows and decide not to. Good faith, both ways. The artefact is yours to keep either way.
