What we hold, and what we don't.

Only what you hand us, and only to do the thing you came for. When you ask for a Sit-Down or write to us, we keep your name, your email, and what you told us about the work — so a principal can answer you properly. When you browse, your device keeps a small session cookie so pages load as they should.

If you say yes to analytics, we count visits in the aggregate — which pages, on what kind of device, roughly where in the world. It is anonymous and it never carries your name.

Essential.These remember your session and keep the site working. They are always on — a site can't function without them — and they hold nothing we'd call personal.

Analytics. Anonymous counts that tell us what to fix. These are off until you choose Accept all. Choose Essential onlyand they never load. You can change your mind whenever you like — clear this site's storage in your browser and we'll ask again.

We don't sell your data. We don't rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We don't follow you across the web, and we don't use pre-ticked boxes or buttons dressed up to trick a yes out of you.

We run our own infrastructure: your information lives on systems we control, not scattered across third-party platforms. Fewer hands means fewer ways for it to go wrong.

We keep what you send us for as long as we're talking, and a reasonable while after, so the thread of the work survives. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless the law asks us to keep a record. The people who see it are the principals doing the work — no wider than that.

It's your data. You can ask us what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. You can withdraw your analytics consent at any time. Write to us and a real person answers — we don't hide behind a form.
